How do I place an order?

ONLINE: Create virutal designs with your choice of fabric, color and crystal options. Save, email or print your design. Coaches and gym owners with an account can order custom designs online. All online orders require payment in full. Quick ship styles can also be ordered online. No account set up is necessary to order from Quick Ship.

Custom embellished Gym I.D. and warm-up styles, or competitive wear with custom embellishments like team names or logos are available for order by fax or mail only. Order forms must include complete style number(s) and sizes and all worksheet order details. Review details, color placement and personalization carefully because cancellations are not accepted. All orders must have a minimum 50% deposit to process the order. The order balance is due before shipment. Faxed orders must include a credit card or signed Purchase Order.

How do I determine sizing?

Carefully measure your athletes for precise sizing. Please use the appropriate Alpha Factor size chart for your reference.

We highly recommend ordering one of our Sizing Sets as a guide to match your measurements when determining the most desirable fit. When ordering your sizing set, please remember that there is a range of stretch characteristics among our fabrics and styles. How can I personalize a name or logo on a leotard or warm-up?

Personalization is available through our GYM I.D. program! GYM I.D. offers customization for leotards, apparel, warm-ups and accessories! Learn more about GYM I.D. or contact Customer Service at 800-825-7428 for more information.

What is your return/exchange policy?

CUSTOM/EMBELLISHED ORDERS: All custom and embellished orders are made to  your specifications and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged.

IN-STOCK/UNEMBELLISHED ORDERS: If you need a style or size exchange on an in-stock, unembellished garment, call for a Return Authorization label (RA).

You must request the RA within 30 days of receiving the shipment by contacting Customer Service at 800-825-7428. All returns/exchanges must be in brand new or unused condition with all original tags attached. Exchanges will not be processed if items are worn, soiled, or chalked. Items returned in used condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense. Customer is responsible for all shipping an dhandling charges.

We stand behind our quality. In the case of a manufacturing defect, notify us within 2 weeks of receiving shipment for an RA label. Photos may be requested to assist us in processing returns due to quality. RA's are allotted for the specific amount authorized and are only good for 3 weeks after the issue date. All garments must be designated on the RA. Any additional garments not on the RA will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. RA must be displayed on the outside of the package or it will be returned to the sender.

What are your shipping & handling options and rates?

FREE SHIPPING on all orders that qualify for the Early Buy Discount! Eligible orders over $1,000 that are placed by September 30, 2017 will receive free ground shipping.

STANDARD ORDER SHIPPING RATES:

  • Ground shipping and handling within the 48 contiguous states is $8.95 per order plus $.50 per garment.
  • AK, HI and PR is $15.95 plus $1.00 per garment.
  • VI Customers, please call for shipping rates.
All APO/FPO orders will be shipped Priority Mail. Charges must be authorized on a credit card at the time of order. Alpha Factor reserves the right to select the ground shipper.
Partial shipments are available for an additional $8.95 - Contact Customer Service to request partial shipping - 1-800-825-7428! Back orders will be shipped as soon as merchandise becomes available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Payment in full must accompany the order (U.S. funds only) MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s. International orders will ship UPS. For shipping costs, contact Customer Services at 1-800-825-7428. International orders are not accepted online.

Perform Group, LLC is not responsible for any damages or missing goods that are a result of customs inspections. All duties, taxes, and any additional fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Order early and allow two weeks additional shipping time to the current ship week.

Do you accept international orders?

How can a gymnast model for Alpha Factor?

How do I calculate sales tax?

For fax and mail orders, please calculate and add the state/local sales tax applicable to the merchandise, shipping and handling for the ship-to address. If you are sales tax exempt, please submit your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate for the ship-to address with your order.
