Alpha Factor FAQsHow do I place an order?

Answer - Ordering made easy. Complete online ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.alphafactor.com. Online orders must be paid in full and by credit card only.

All orders must be Faxed 1-800-839-1039, or Mailed, 333 East Seventh Avenue York, PA 17404, on all styles with a minimum of 50% deposit. All garments are made to order for your team. Order forms must include complete style number(s) and sizes. Always mark appropriate color placement and personalization. Faxed orders must include a credit card number for deposit or full payment or a signed Purchase Order (public schools, Y’s and recreation departments only). We must have a minimum of 50% deposit to process your order. In order to ship your order, we must have payment in full.  Call the Alpha Factor team for assistance at 1-800-8ALPHA8 (800-825-7428).

How do I determine sizing?

Answer - Carefully measure your athletes for precise sizing. Please use the appropriate Alpha Factor size chart for your reference. If you need a sizing set, call Customer Service at 800-8ALPHA8 (800-528-7428).

We want to keep our leotards for 3 years, what fabric should I choose?

Answer - You should absolutely choose "velvet". Velvet is the most durable fabric available within the leotards materials. The velvet upholds perspiration and washings better than any other fabric.

How can I get a custom logo on a leotard or warm-up?

Answer - Fax, 800-839-1039 or email your logo to alpha@performgroupllc.com. We will get you a price quote for the custom logo and send the quote to you via email or fax, as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we will need "your" approval of the logo, in order to issue you a ship date for your order. So please respond as soon as possible.

How do I use my 40% Alpha Factor merchandise credit to place an order from my Virtual Pro Shop Account?

Answer - Please place your order by fax (800-839-1039) or email (alpha@performgroupllc.com) and on the order form you will notice a designated box in the payment section for Virtual Pro Shop credits. If you are unsure of the amount of credits you have earned, please go online to your Virtual Pro Shop account or call Customer Service at 800-748-2796. What is your return policy on custom garments?

Answer - All custom orders are made to your specifications. Therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case of a manufacturing defect, notify us within 2 weeks of receiving shipment at 800-8ALPHA8 (800-825-7428) and we will determine the course of action that needs to take place.

What is your return policy on In-Stock garments?

Answer - The In-Stock garments may be returned for a size exchange within 2 weeks of ordering.  Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization label at 1-800-8ALPHA8 (800-825-7428).
