ONLINE: Create virutal designs with your choice of fabric, color and crystal options. Save, email or print your design. Coaches and gym owners with an account can order custom designs online. All online orders require payment in full. In stock styles can also be ordered online. No account set up is necessary to order from in-stock.

Custom embellished Gym I.D. and warm-up styles, or competitive wear with custom embellishments like team names or logos are available for order by fax or mail only. Order forms must include complete style number(s) and sizes and all worksheet order details. Review details, color placement and personalization carefully because cancellations are not accepted. All orders must have a minimum 50% deposit to process the order. The order balance is due before shipment. Faxed orders must include a credit card or signed Purchase Order.

Availability Guarantee

Our availability guarantee means that custom long sleeve leotard styles will be available for reorders for only two years after that style has been discountinued. Minimum order quantity of 5 pieces. Price per garment will be increased 10% from original order price.  Previously ordered styles will be available provided the fabric/color is still available.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Orders may also be paid for with a Check or Money Order payable to "Alpha Factor".

We also accept signed Purchase Orders from private or public schools, colleges, Y's and recreational departments for "net30 day billing". Please note that P.O.s must include shipping charges and applicable sales tax along with all order form worksheets.

All orders require payment in full before shipping. Because of our quick order turnaround time, we recommend payment in full with your order.

There will be a $35.00 charge to accounts for any returned checks for insufficient funds, and any discount will be forfeited.

A service charge of 1.5% per month (Equal to 18% per annum), or such percent in accordance with the law as may hereafter be designated by seller, will be applied on all past due invoices. If a past due account is placed with a collection agency, customer is responsible for any and all charges resulting from the collection effort.

Sales Tax

We are required, by law, to collect sales tax from each state where it is applicable. Please calculate and add the state/local sales tax applicable to the merchandise, shipping and handling for the ship-to address. If you are sales tax exempt, please submit your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate for the ship-to address with your order.

Order Acknowledgments

An acknowledgement form and a virtual design of your order will be emailed showing the scheduled ship week (shipping times are approximate) and total costs. Total costs are for this order only and do not reflect any balance on your account or special shipping charges. Upon receipt of the acknowledgment/virtual design, please check it for accuracy and notify us at once if you find an error.

All APO/FPO orders will be shipped Priority Mail. Charges must be authorized on a credit card at the time of order. Alpha Factor reserves the right to select the ground shipper.

Partial shipments are available for an additional $9.99 - Contact Customer Service to request partial shipping - 1-800-825-7428! Back orders will be shipped as soon as merchandise becomes available.

International Customers

Alpha Factor is proud to have International Distributors around the world to help service all your gymnastics apparel needs. View a full list of our international distributors to find one in your area. We are happy to work directly with customers outside of the U.S. in areas not serviced by an international distributor. Orders and shipping rates must be paid in full in U.S. funds with a credit card. Sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D.s International orders will ship via UPS or FedEx. Please call customer service for shipping costs. All duties, taxes and additional fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Alpha Factor is not responsible for any damages or missing goods that are a result of customs inspections. Please allow two weeks additional shipping time to the current ship week for international orders.

Sublimation Sample Requests

Due to the special nature of the sublimation design process, it is required that customers interested in a sublimation style receive and approve a sample of their selected sublimation colors before an order can be placed. The sublimation sample will be a minature version of the leotard front design to provide a visual of how your selected colors will look when printed on your selected fabric. Colors of print may appear different in person than shown in the catalog or online and we want to ensure customer satisfaction before processing the order.

Samples can be requested online after you've designed your style, or through customer service.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your sublimated print approval sample. After receiving and approving your sample, orders for the sublimation design can be placed online or through customer service. Order early! Please allow for three weeks additional shipping time to the current ship week for sublimated designs. Sublimation designs are not returnable, which is why we require reviewing and approving a sample prior to placing your order.


All custom, digital and embellished styles are made to each customer's specifications and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to carefully review all details of your order before submitting it for order processing. In stock and basic non-embellished garments may be returned or exchanged wtihin 30 days of receipt. To return or exchange an item, please call customer service for a Return Authorization (RA). All returns/exchanges must be in brand new and unused condition with all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for items that have been worn, soiled or chalked. Items returned in used or soiled condition will be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Return Autorizations (RA) are allotted for the specific amount authorized and are only valid for three weeks after the issue date. All garments must be designated on the RA. Any additional garments not on the RA will be returned at the sender's expense. RA must be displayed on the outside of the package or the package will be returned to the sender.

Our goal is to have you as a satisfied customer! We stand behind our quality. In the case of a manufacturing defect or any problems with your order as a result of our error, it will be taken care of immediately at our expense. Please notify us within 2 weeks of receiving shipment to let us know about the error and request an RA label for return. We may request photos to assist us with correcting the issue and processing the return for quality. Please follow the same guidelines for RA listed above.
